Iamugly's Villanelle

 Notes: I have a Forsaken hunter character on World Of Warcraft named Iamugly, and Waspinator is her pet (yes, I named him after the Transformer from the Transformers TV series... mainly the Transformers Animated one [there's a Waspinator in Beast Wars Transformers too, however, so double-name in a way]). And sorry about the lame name. The type of poem is called a villanelle.

Iamugly’s Villanelle

I am by Myself

With only my buzzing Pet

So he is not by himself

I take a quest from someone’s shelf,

Never truly befriending those I’ve met

I am by Myself

Waspinator can take care of his self

But him I have to pet

So he is not by himself

I take a quest from a Blood Elf

But he’s gone once he’s got his Net

I am by Myself

A female bug may take care of herself

But I’m the only female he’s let touch him yet

So he is not by himself

A creature won’t go near him to protect itself

Even of sentient species they won’t let

I am by Myself

So he is not by himself
